At AloF Jewelry, your satisfaction is our top priority. Each piece is crafted with care and inspected for quality before it reaches you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
• We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery for unworn, unused, and undamaged items in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at reachalof@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Custom-made or personalized jewelry
• Final sale or discounted items
• Earrings
3. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace or repair the item at no additional cost.
5. Gold-Plated & Gold-Filled Jewelry Care
Our gold-plated pieces are made with care and designed for long-lasting wear. However, as with all plated jewelry, natural fading or tarnishing may occur over time with exposure to moisture, perfumes, or lotions. Such wear and tear is not considered a defect and is not eligible for refund or exchange.
6. International Orders
Customers outside North America may be responsible for return shipping and customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
